Prior to Appointment:
- If any symptoms are present prior to your appointment please let us know.
- If you have any instructions/directions for technicians please leave in the room(s) where tech will be working.
Assigned appointment time:
- Our technicians will call you before arrival. Please inform them and unlock the door you would like them to use. Once they arrive they will knock and enter.
- Our technicians will wear a mask and gloves. We encourage customers to wear a mask.
- Room Distancing: If you are required to speak to our technicians, we ask that you do so in a different room than the technician is working in.
- Once the technician has a diagnosis, they will provide exact pricing by phone to the homeowner prior to any work taken place.
- Once the job is complete, the technician will leave and your credit card provided at time of booking will be charged.
