Hoerner Covid 19 Procedures

Prior to Appointment:

  1. If any symptoms are present prior to your appointment please let us know.
  2. If you have any instructions/directions for technicians please leave in the room(s) where tech will be working.

Assigned appointment time:

  1. Our technicians will call you before arrival. Please inform them and unlock the door you would like them to use. Once they arrive they will knock and enter.
  2. Our technicians will wear a mask and gloves. We encourage customers to wear a mask.
  3. Room Distancing: If you are required to speak to our technicians, we ask that you do so in a different room than the technician is working in.
  4. Once the technician has a diagnosis, they will provide exact pricing by phone to the homeowner prior to any work taken place.
  5. Once the job is complete, the technician will leave and your credit card provided at time of booking will be charged.
