We are OPEN and available to help you with any Drain, Plumbing and Heating needs.


  • All technicians are practicing social distancing and wear masks at all times.  We ask you keep a 6 feet distance.
  • Disinfecting before and after every job.
  • Technician calls ahead and when arrives so that you can be prepared and open the door. 
  • The technician can communicate with you by phone or text rather than speaking face to face. 
  • Credit card provided upfront when booking to avoid close contact
  • Technicians can send photos and videos of the job to you to get authorization for work so you can see that it has been completed. 
  • We can gladly reschedule with no penalty if anyone is sick in your house.
  • Stay safe and our hearts go out to anyone suffering at this time.

Prior to Appointment:

  1. If any symptoms are present prior to your appointment please let us know.
  2. If you have any instructions/directions for technicians please leave in the room(s) where tech will be working.

Assigned appointment time:

  1. Our technicians will call you before arrival. Please inform them and unlock the door you would like them to use. Once they arrive they will knock and enter.
  2. Our technicians will wear a mask and gloves. We encourage customers to wear a mask.
  3. Room Distancing: If you are required to speak to our technicians, we ask that you do so in a different room than the technician is working in.
  4. Once the technician has a diagnosis, they will provide exact pricing by phone to the homeowner prior to any work taken place.
  5. Once the job is complete, the technician will leave and your credit card provided at time of booking will be charged.
